Есть такая поговорка и на старуху бывает проруха, и вот в моем случае роль старухи выпала на англичан из SAMCO SPORT. А произошло следующее, после установки недешёвого комплекта шлангов от мега-супер-пупер фирмы samco sport (в дальнейшем SS ))) прошел ГОД и антифриз ГАД начал потихоньку съё…ать.Куда он теряется я сразу и не нашел, обсматривал всё но никак не находил, к тому же уверенный в безупречности SS я даже поначалу не осматривал патрубки из комплекта.Но время шло и антифриз начал уходить веселее и я увидел что б******* с радиаторного патрубка SS на ровном месте течет антифриз.Думаю ну всё гарантия кончилась наверное и тем более через ибэй решать эти вопросы нереально.Помучал местных представителей SS, но внятного ничего не получил в ответ. Покупать еще комплект из-за одного шланга не хотелось, и я начал полугодовую переписку тупо с англичанами, они сначала не поверили, а потом все же начали извиняться и переписываться.Долго пришлось переписываться потому что английский я только читаю и понимаю, а написать ничего не могу, поэтому я просил знакомого преподавателя чтобы он переводил мои запросы на английскай.В общем SS в грязь лицом не ударил, извинился и выслал бесплатно новый шланг, правда у них почему то возникли проблемы с прямой отправкой физ лицу и они просили адрес какого нибудь предприятия, но я им сказал отправьте моей знакомой в Германию, она сейчас там, она отправит потом мне.Они быстро отправили и она получила посылку, и я не стал рисковать с почтой России и решил подождать еще месяц, пока она сама лично не поедет домой и не передаст мне его.И вот тот день настал, шланг у меня, на неделе заменю, а бракованный отправлю в SS для изучения и наверное раздачи п.лей работникам ) Если кому интересно, внизу переписка с SS.Ощущение что с момента начала переписки до сегодняшнего дня прошла вечность )))

Having received the set under the item number of TCS 114С I installed it at once without any problems.About six months ago I began to notice the gradual drop of the cooling fluid and I even had to fill in, for some time, about one liter of cooling fluid.Eventually after thorough examinations I found out that the branch pipe under the number TB574 had a very small hole through which the cooling fluid was spraying at the working pressure and the warmed-up engine. I was very upset as I did not expect defective goods from such an eminent company.I asked the seller from Ebay to help me but he did not answer my questions.So I am writing to you. How could you help me? What is the warranty period for these items? If the warranty for my set of branch-pipes is not valid any more, then could you manufacture the given branch-pipe under the item number TB574, please? And if this is possible, how should I pay for the item and how can it be delivered? I did not tell anybody about this defect yet as I hope that you will remedy the defect of your manufacture. Thank you for cooperation. I'd like to inform you that on the hose pipe next to that hole there appear new micro holes through which the cooling fluid is leaking out. This proves the manufacturing defect. You will easily see these defects when examining the hose pipe. I will surely send you the defective hose pipe to the address indicated by you after I replace it by the new one. Good Morning Maxim,I have received an update, we shipped the part last week but unfortunately, customs have refused to let us import the part as we do not have a license to sell to individuals in Russia. This is not an issue we have ever experienced before.I have escalated a complaint to our courier Fed Ex International for accepting a shipment which they could not deliver. Hi Maxim,I have been speaking to Amber Performance, Fed Ex, Russian Border people and even hose suppliers in Russia to try and get this TB to you unfortunately I have been struggling.The last course of action I can recommend is that we can ship it to a local business for you, provided it is a business address not a residential address we should be fine but you would have to collect it. Hi Maxim,We can ship hoses to pretty much anyone in the world which we like, unfortunately, Russian border control have been rejecting lots of shipments to individuals. A quick Google search will confirm this, the common advice is to ship to a business and Russian Customs are less likely to return the goods to the sender.We can ship to Germany no problem at all, what is her address I will ship it tomorrow for you.Thanks
